Registration Information
Registration
Everyone attending
one of Langley Community Music School’s Summer Camps must complete a
registration form (one form per person). Additional
copies of the registration form are available at the LCMS office and
on our website.
1. After making your selection(s) from the workshops outlined in
this brochure, refer to the corresponding section(s) on the enclosed
registration form and supply all of the information requested.
2. Return the application to the address listed below along with
your payment.

Note: Langley Community Music School accepts cash, cheque or debit
only. Please make cheques payable to Langley Community Music School
or LCMS.
Office Hours
Inquiries are welcome 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday (except
Statutory
Holidays). The Principal is available upon request.
Refund Policy
Students must notify the LCMS office of cancellations in writing.
There is a $35 non refundable administration fee per participant for
the following programs:
· The School of Rock
· Suzuki Summer Student and Teacher Programs
· Summer Beat
· Pulse Creative & Innovative Music Program and Festival
· History & Theory classes
Payments for all other fees will be returned if written notice of
cancellation is received at the LCMS office by
June 1, 2011. Due to LCMS commitments to Faculty
and travel plans, applicants withdrawing after June
1, 2011 will
not receive a refund for fees.
Suzuki Workshops at the Langley Community Music School are sanctioned
by the Suzuki Association of the Americas.
